About us

The facilitator for the Oasis project is Ann Houston Kelley of Nomadic Executive Development, a firm specializing in executive coaching and international team facilitation. Our focus is on coaching industrial leaders and their management teams in "getting the job done" in an increasingly complex, diverse and changing business environment. More often than not, we help clients deal with the ‘larger issues' beyond the day to day work, such as finding meaning in their careers and combining work responsibilities with private life.

Nomadic Executive Development has a 12 year history in the field, working with men and women from across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America. Offering a unique program for female executives has been a dream project for Ann for many years.
