Costs and Logistics
The Oasis Project consists of a 3 1/2 day program in total and will typically start at 15h00 on the first day with welcoming refreshments at Finca Son Gener and end on the morning following the program, after breakfast. The next Oasis program will go ahead when we have received at least 8 enrolments; these can either be on an individual basis or as a group from one company.
The total cost of € 2975 includes the complete program itinerary as described with two group dialogue sessions each days (one on the first day), full board and lodging at Finca Son Gener (including 3 meals a day, wine with meals, coffee, tea, water and bar drinks. Also included is a one hour massage in the spa, morning stretching class, a yoga lesson as well as use of pools, hammam, sauna and Jacuzzi and afternoon activities. This price excludes the use of the mini-bar and telephone in individual rooms as well as additional spa treatments (pedicure, facial etc.)
Some of the meals will be taken in other restaurants, outside Finca Son Gener.
The cost for transfer to/from the Finca Son Gener is €70 one way (see below under ‘travel').
EXTRA NIGHTS
If you wish to stay at the hotel for any extra nights in addition to the program, Nomadic Life has negotiated a 10% reduction of the normal room rate exclusive for Oasis program participants. (Normal room rate: € 260 per night double room, € 240 per night, single room, including breakfast).

FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL
Finca Son Gener lies 67 kms from Palma de Mallorca airport to the North East of the Island. We recommend using Taxi company Autocares Levante, www.autocareslevante.com for transfers from the airport to the hotel. You can ask us to book the transfer for you or contact the taxi company directly via reservas@autocareslevante.com or by telephone on +34-971-818076. The cost of the Taxi will be approximately € 70 and the journey time is approximately 45 minutes. If you ask us to book the transfer for you, we will try and combine participants who arrive within the same timeframe in order to save cost and the environment.
Alternatively, you can rent a car. Most major car rental companies are located at Palma airport. Rental prices are comparatively low. (From approx. € 30.- per day all in).
