Our invitation is to women who hold senior roles in their organizations, both profit and non profit sectors.
In today's business environment, senior executives are required to 'go fast & take action' in balance with 'slow down & think'. The wheel of a vehicle needs to be properly aligned and centered in order to go fast without friction.
Perhaps it is time for you to 'slow down', strengthen and rebuild your centre so that you can once again 'go fast & take action' in a more effective manner.
The focus of the Oasis Project Programme will be morning, afternoon and evening dialogue sessions focused on the topics that we know are relevant for you in your working environment, for example

During these dialogue sessions, we will use a variety of methods to help participants assess themselves, stimulate the discussion with peers, envision new ways forward and devise actionable steps for after the program.
Our experience with this type of program is that it is important to stimulate not just the mind but also the body as well. Therefore, in addition to the dialogue sessions, there will be supplementary activities to help you restore your mind/body balance so that you will be better able to ‘go fast & take action’ more effectively upon your return to the workplace.
